How to send an update to previously contacted investors

Following up with investors who have already engaged with your outreach can significantly improve your chances of building a strong relationship.

With our "Send An Update" feature, you can easily send updates to investors who have either opened your email or visited your profile.

Here’s how!

Go to your dashboard and select the filters "Visited" or “Opened”:


Note: When creating a campaign, you can choose whether to stop sending emails once an investor has either opened the email or visited your profile.

Click on "Send An Update":


Select an existing campaign from the dropdown menu:


You can also exit this screen and create a new campaign in the "Campaigns" page tailor your message specifically for follow-ups.

Select the investors you’d like to add and customize your message as needed.

By clicking one of the “Add investors” buttons, you are scheduling your update to re-engage your targeted investors:
