# How to send an update to previously contacted investors

**Following up with investors who have already engaged with your outreach can significantly improve your chances of building a strong relationship.**

With our "Send An Update" feature, you can easily send updates to investors who have either **opened your email** or **visited your profile**.

Here’s how!

1. Go to your dashboard and select the filters "Visited" or “Opened”:

|| Note: When creating a campaign, you can choose whether to stop sending emails once an investor has either opened the email or visited your profile.

2. Click on "Send An Update":

3. Select an existing campaign from the dropdown menu:

| You can also exit this screen and create a new campaign in the "Campaigns" page tailor your message specifically for follow-ups.

5. Select the investors you’d like to add and customize your message as needed.

7. By clicking one of the “Add investors” buttons, you are scheduling your update to re-engage your targeted investors:
